I had a wonderful experience with Angela at the start of her coaching experience. Within one hour of getting to know each other using "the wheel of life" - she very gently and tactically tapped into the root of where I needed to focus to help shape the next chapter of my life having just experienced redundancy. Where work had been my major focus - she helped me see for myself that it wasn't the be all and end all and gave me some practical exercises to plan out what I deep down knew I wanted to do and the exercises proved it out. Incredibly insightful, sensitive and practical support. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone at a cross roads in their life needing a little nudge or confidence on developing their next life steps. Thanks, Angela, for a great experience.
